  17.    You will then receive the password to decrypt the registered version of
  18.    XSET.

  20.    Try  to answer  the questions,  as it will serve for my  statistics  to
  21.    enhance the program in the best way (that means your way!).

  24.    For a lot of people (especially non-European people) the  cheapest  way
  25.    to send money to Belgium is through an international postal money order
  26.    (ask at your local mail office). The fees should be very low. The other
  27.    obvious  solution  is  cash  (in  almost  any  currency,  please  ask).
  28.    International cheques other than Euro-cheques  could  normally  not  be
  29.    accepted because of the very high extra-costs (or you have to  add  500
  30.    BEF - I know it is huge); if this is a problem for you, please tell me,
  31.    there are other possible solutions (i.e. cheap and easy for  you).  For
  32.    European people, they obviously may use Euro-cheques. You also may  put
  33.    the money onto my bank account, but then you should ask to put all  fee
  34.    at your charge). Please send BEF (Belgian francs - 100 BEF is about US$
  35.    3). If you have any problems due to change or whatever, please  contact
  36.    me and I will explain to you how to pay in another currency. Do not  be
  37.    discouraged by money  transfer  problems,  simple  solutions  exist  to
  38.    easily register from anywhere around  the  world  (they  generally  are
  39.    dedicated to each geographical and/or social  situation,  so  I  cannot
  40.    describe them all in this document).
